Alley's Whimsical – Custom Order Policy

At Alley's Whimsical, every outfit is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care to reflect your unique style. Since each piece is made exclusively for you, we kindly request that you read and understand our policy before placing your order.

1. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

Once we have discussed and finalised all customisation or personalisation details, your order will be considered confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment. Production will begin only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As each order is individually customised and materials are sourced specifically for your design, the 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable

If you choose to cancel your order after confirmation or after production has commenced, we will not be able to process a refund of the advance amount. In certain stages of production, cancellation may not be possible due to the work already completed and resources invested.

3. Design Modifications During Production

We understand that you may have new ideas while creating your outfit. If you request changes after production has started, we will gladly consider them.

Any requested modifications will be accommodated **only if they are technically feasible and do not affect the progress or structure of the garment**. Depending on the nature of the changes, additional charges and an extended delivery timeline may apply.

4. Customisation Approval

Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm all design details, including measurements, colours, fabrics, embellishments, embroidery, silhouettes, and other customisation preferences before making the advance payment. Once production begins, significant alterations may not be possible.

5. Delivery Timeline

Every custom creation requires time, precision, and craftsmanship. While we always strive to deliver your outfit within the estimated timeline, minor delays may occasionally occur due to the complexity of the design, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Customer Responsibility

To ensure the best outcome, customers are requested to provide accurate measurements, clear customisation requirements, and prompt responses whenever approvals or clarifications are needed. Alley's Whimsical cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order and making the advance payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
